North Spirit Pornstar Martini is a fruity cocktail with a perfect balance of sweet and sour.
- 50 ml North Spirit Vodka
- 20 ml Passion Fruit Liqueur
- 2 Fresh Passion Fruits (Keep 1 half for garnish)
- 20 ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- ½ Passion Fruit for garnish
- 1 Shot of chilled Sparkling Wine
- 20 ml Sugar Syrup (1 sugar to 1 water – Bring to a boil and simmer until sugar dissolves)
Instructions
- 🍹 Cut the Passion Fruits in half, save one half of Passion Fruit for Garnish. Use a spoon to scoop the Passion Fruit Juice and Seeds out and put into a Cocktail Shaker
- 🍹 🍹 Fill the Cocktail Shaker with Ice. Add all the ingredients beside the Sparkling Wine and shake it well until chilled
- 🍹 Strain into a chilled Coupe or Martini Glass
- 🍹 Garnish with the Passion Fruit half
- 🍹 Serve your North Spirit Pornstar Martini with the Sparkling Wine Shot on the side
